The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
This position will be responsible for developing business process training to support KLA's Global Support Division. The right individual should have the ability to directly work with multiple partners and team members to understand their business requirements and build training courses and programs to support them. This will involve interviewing end users and business subject matter authorities to assemble goals and requirements in order to support business objectives. Additional engagements will be required with KLA's enrollment operations and multimedia team for final development and release of training.
Successful candidates will also:
Support testing and validation of new training solutions, specify revisions and validate both with SMEs.
Follow detailed standards, formats and templates, and devise new standards where required.
Exert good project management skills and provide regular updates to the business partners and functional groups.
Be resourceful to drive actions or seek actions.
Independently make decisions with minimal or no support from direct or indirect managers. Leverage people from cross-functional groups to drive collective decisions.
Work efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment with multiple direct and indirect managers. Comfortably deliver to expectations of multiple interests with conflicting requirements and boundaries.
Work on medium to highly sophisticated problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variance factors.
Be able to work flexibly to adjust work times to work with remote and local teams, across different and cultures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in semiconductors, manufacturing and or service industry
Experience working with capital equipment
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
